Pastor Todd serves as Senior Pastor at Heritage Church. He is married (15 years) to his lovely wife Toni and is the father of daughter Ashley. To many of us, Todd is the original "people person". He can always be found talking and encouraging someone about something. He is a good listener and is known for having a great deal of wisdom…in spite of his baby face. He is a respected minister both inside and outside of the church.

First Lady Toni Boffo is a licensed minister, and oversees the very impactful and diverse Women of Destiny ministry. She is known a powerful intercessor as well as a dynamic speaker. She makes herself available to many women of the church for counsel, prayer and encouragement. Her ministry is well respected both inside as well as outside of the local church.

Pastor Dion, as most people know him, is the Founding father of Heritage Church and Heritage Builders International. He is husband (40 years) to his lovely wife Irene and is the father of three grown children, Todd, Kristen, and Jason. Apostle Dion and Irene reside in Fountain Hills, Arizona and minister both inside and outside the country. Their greatest joy is watching people fall in love with Christ and laying hold of their destiny in God.

Deacon
Mr. Steve Carr

Steve Carr is married (21 years) to his lovely wife Judy and is the father of five grown children. Steve serves as a Deacon and is one of our original-founding members. Steve is a member of the Pastoral Care Team, and is always looking for ways to exercise his gift of getting people together. Whether for a home group meeting, the Discovering God Series, Video Series, picnics, summer baptisms in his pool, you name it; Steve always wants to give of himself in the service of others. Steve is known for his gift of mercy and willingness to do almost anything at the drop of a hat to help someone in need.

Elder Marketplace Ministries
Dennis DeMaria

Dennis DeMaria is married to his lovely wife, Debbie, of 15 years. He currently serves Heritage Church as Elder Marketplace Ministries. Dennis holds an MBA from the University Of Pennsylvania Wharton School Of Business. He has been inducted into Who’s Who in American Business 2001 to 2006, Who’s Who in America every year since 1991 and is a five time winner of the Philadelphia Top 100 Private Companies. Dennis is also a member of the Hall of Fame Private Companies in Philadelphia. He is one of only 25 that were inducted. Dennis also sits on the Board of Directors of various companies. His extensive experience and knowledge has helped many reach their goal to succeed in the business world.

Elder
Mr. Jim Pritts

Jim Pritts is married (50 years) to his lovely wife Nancy and father of four grown children. Jim serves as a Deacon and is well respected for his input into many areas of ministry here at Heritage Church. Although his traveling work schedule in recent times has made it very difficult for him to be engaged in the ministry in a way in which he would like; still, he looks for ways to contribute to the ongoing work here at the church. His presence is valued and his words of encouragement are always appreciated.

Deaconess
Miss Thelma Sanders

Thelma Sanders serves as a Deaconess and is the overseer of the Pastoral Care Team and Nursing Home Ministry. Thelma is one of the original-founding members of Heritage Church. She has a reputation as being a faithful intercessor, evangelist and encourager. Many people seek her for prayer and counsel. As a former Black Panther in that militant movement of the 70's, who could know that she would eventually become a very well respected and seasoned minister known both in the church and also outside of the church for her extraordinary gift of mercy.

Deacon
Mr. Dave Walters

Dave is married to wife Kathy and has three grown children. Dave has served as a deacon for many years. Many people know of the miracle working power of God through Dave's testimony. Dave has been through numerous brain operations, cancer, radiation, and even a death experience on the operating table. We are thankful for Dave's example of being a true servant. He helps out around the church in many ways and serves as our Intercessory Prayer Coordinator.

Licensed Minister
Mike Watson

Minister Michael W. Watson is married to his beautiful wife Debbie for 20 years. He has four grown children, 3 sons and one daughter, a son-in-law and four grandchildren. Michael, a Licensed Minister, has served Heritage Church faithfully for seventeen years. He is gifted in ministrying the Word of God. Minister Michael serves as Worship Leader with a desire to lead worshippers into the presence of the Lord. He has a heart for evangelism and serves in the Real Men Ministry as overseer of “Night Riders” which reaches out to the local community in prayer for the lost. Finally, Minister Michael is a gifted family therapist who counsels troubled youth, both professionally and spiritually. He holds a Masters in Human Services and is a Certified Registered Addictions Specialist.
