KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Clare Loughrige

Scott and Clare Loughrige are Co-Founders and Lead Pastors of Crossroads Church and Ministries in Marshall, Michigan established in 1992. In addition to Clares work at Crossroads she has served on advisory boards as counsel to non-profit and governmental organizations. She conducts
leadership conferences, marriage seminars and a variety of workshops and retreats in various parts of the United States and in Haiti. She is a spiritual coach to business leaders, church leaders, churches and individuals. Clare's education includes a Bachelors and Masters in Ministry and certification in Spiritual Transformation. She is a certified Personality Typology- Educator and Practitioner, helping individuals and teams discover their God-given essence.  She is a high
energy motivational public speaker challenging and empowering people to become all they were created to be.

As a ministry team, Scott and Clare challenge men and women to grow in relational integrity. They love life, adore each other, and passionately lead God's people. After their unending love for each other, their most treasured relationships are found in their three brilliant children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and precious grandson.
